im gonna be honest, eyewitness pisses me off with its treatment of homophobia and internalized homophobia because they play off lukas as being borderline irrational when he gets scared when he finds out that his dad knows hes gay. that scene could have been portrayed with so much more grace and respect, but they just…didnt do that.
